A pretty boring looking school is shaken when an old-fashioned plane comes in to land. It is piloted by a blond girl with blue eyes. Why is everyone always shocked when a helmet is removed and a pilot or other cool person turns out to be a girl. “Onanoko da!” Yes, idiot, its an anime and 9 times out of 10 that ass-kicking character will be a girl. Get used to it already!!!!
This episode is too talky for me. I guess it wants to set up an idyllic setting before the action starts (at least I hope this is what its doing!). The two kids meet up with a strange old man and drink tea. Wow, watching this stuff raw, you realize how slow and lame so much of this animation actually is! Better to read subtitles and then you think the show is a lot more awesome, like an illustrated book with some moving pictures!
The old man is taken off by the military. I bet its John McCain! The show has planes and McCain was shot down in a plane, right? That means the blond girl is Hillary Clinton! I don’t think the kid is Barak Obama though, but he is called Will or something, so he must be Bill Clinton. They talk a lot, so they must be discussing how to deal with Obama! They look shocked at something the McCain says, so perhaps he has suggested some kind of alliance! He even fondles a uniform, perhaps remembering his service and captivity in Vietnam! Now I understand this show much better!!! The Japanese are commenting on the American elections!
Those must be secret service men who come to take McCain away. President Bush has learned about the secret meeting and does not approve, but Hillary gives chase! Perhaps her campaign is involved in this production, as she acts very cool, jumping over a gate and all. Perhaps this is intended to show that she is much more energetic and capable than McCain! Bill meekly follows along, showing that he will be no problem in a new Clinton administration! Hillary will be like the president in Independence Day, who can fly a plane and dogfight!!
Flying in the plane, Bill and Hill share a tender moment. This is to convince us that their relationship is still strong! It’s all so obvious. Even someone who’s Japanese is weak can understand these shows so easily, hahaha.

Haha, I agree. When watching RAW with no understanding whatsoever (apart from those easy words like “kawaii” and “sou desu ka?”, etc) it’s really boring.
