Daijoubu

This episode was really good. Sunohara works his way through the entire female cast looking for a “make-believe” girlfriend and it actually made me laugh out loud. But it looks like no one else saw the Extra Special Secret Scene! What’s that, you ask; well, when Sunoppi got really desperate, there was someone else he tried….(You probably all already know where this is going….)

That’s right!! Sunohara tried to romance a large dango he saw sitting on a bench. “How plump and lucious you look,” he said and the dango blushed. This particular dango was nervous about her large size, so she hooked him up with her younger sister for a date.

As it turned out, the date did not go so well. Dangos don’t have hands to hold or lips to kiss, so there was not much to do. They can hop, but only short distances, so the dango had to sit on top of Sunohara’s head. I guess human-dango dates are not a good idea after all. But I was still happy to see this extra scene, because there have not been enough dangos in After Story yet. I mean, they appear twice in the ED, but its like the animators are taunting us. You expect more dangos and they never show up!! Are they trying to provoke us????
