These sites that have manga scanslations often have lots of notes, but these annotations can really get out of hand! Look at this example, it’s too much!!!

This is totally what that guy did in that video about fansubs going overboard.
Actually i find it quite informative.
Y’know, notes of this sort are why there’s ‘translator’s notes’ appended to the end of the file, right? :D
Nothing’s worse than hearing an explanation for Japanese honorifics, sneezing superstitions, etc. in subs and scanlations. It’s useful the first time, mildly interesting the second, and annoying as hell every time after that :P
