Many people go through similar criteria relevant to their preferences without thinking when making their seasonal anime picks. In fact, I've often thought of making one for myself since I kept hovering between the two, but in the end I just keep coming to the conclusion that no matter what I do, I'll end up procrastinating, and losing interest. I just can't do it weekly anymore, unless the anime in question has a mesmerizingly good story. Also, not following a rule can be relieving too, once in a while.
